Privacy Notice

(Last updated September 18, 2019)

We give a shit about your privacy. On this website, and in all of our operations, The Swallow-a-Bicycle Theatre Society complies with Canadian Federal and Provincial privacy laws and regulations, including the Government of Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act. We won’t sell your information, or use it in creepy or unethical ways.
This site will link to other sites and we really hope they aren’t up to anything shady, but we can’t guarantee it. We link to stuff that we think is cool or relevant or provocative, but we don’t endorse or claim responsibility for the safety of linked websites.
We mostly won’t collect your personal information, unless you specifically provide it to, say, sign up for our e-newsletter, or comment on a blog post, or respond to a survey, or that sort of thing. By personal information, we mean information that identifies you as an individual, like your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number.

When we do collect personal information, it may be used in aggregate to report to public funders or for research/development purposes. With your permission, we will also use it to send you information about us and promotional materials about the stuff we’re doing. If you have submitted personal information and want to change it or opt-out, please e-mail us at info@swallowabicycle.com or use the provided tools to do so.

The only time we would share your information with a third party would be to comply with legal requirements. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this webpage. By using this site, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

Thanks for surfing the web with us!
