Heal your inner child, and shake off the dust of society by exploring and healing traumatic memories, open up movement and vocal possibilities for play, and be weirder, wilder, and more authentic than society generally allows. You make the rules for your self, and your Self responds physiologically repairing the bridge between spirit and matter, through past present and future.

This workshop is a series of guided visualizations, physical exercises, group chanting, playtime, that will shake off the physical dust of ego and identity and wake up Curiosity as a lifestate – the inner child is secretly impersonal, and is playing, dancing, without Noun of Name. So this work will stir the spirit and give them a chance to play among others, and hopefully ignite more possibilities to do this socially and creatively.
